Join a cohort of your MnCMN peers while pursuing your ACLI Agile Change Manager Certificate!
Want to expand your knowledge, skill set, and toolkit? Are you a change practitioner or a leader facing change (change adjacent professional)? Then the Agile Change Manager Certificate Program is for you.
Although this certificate can be obtained online and at-your-own-pace we know that a cohort experience can add a layer of rich discussion and growth. For this reason, we are launching a Summer 2026 MnCMN cohort for members seeking their Agile Change Manager Certification!
Background:
MnCMN began partnering with the Agile Change Leadership Institute in 2023, and a number of our members have found considerable value pursuing their certifications and using the suggested tools and methodology on their change initiatives.
Details:
- Individuals in this cohort will be pursuing the Agile Change Manager Certificate and must be signed up for the program by the end of June 2026 to participate in this MnCMN cohort.
- To sign up for the program, contact office@mncmn.org for an exclusive membership pricing 15% off code to apply towards the program cost. With current exchange rates between AUD and USD, the 15% off discount will bring the total cost of the certificate program to approximately $820 USD.
- The cohort will meet on the following Fridays from 8-9am CT to cover each module within the program.

- Jul 24 - Module 2: Data Informed Decision Making
- Aug 7 - Module 3: Engagement
- Aug 21 - Module 4: Communication
- Sep 4 - Module 5: Change in an Uncertain World
- The cohort will be facilitated by MnCMN member, Ava Goepfert.

What is the purpose of the Agile Change Manager Certificate Cohort? | This MnCMN cohort aims to provide members with accountability partners to complete the course, opportunities to apply the learning, and a chance to enhance the value of MnCMN membership through new connections. |
When is the deadline to sign up for participation in the cohort? | We request your registration by July 1, 2026, to ensure that you can take part in as many of the discussions with the cohort as possible. |
Does it cost anything to be in the cohort? | No, MnCMN members can participate in the cohort free of charge. However, to participate you must have registered and paid for the ACLI Agile Change Manager Certificate program at Agile Change Manager Certificate Program | Agile Change Leadership. This can be a past registration, or one made in time for the cohort start. |
What are the dates of the cohort? | The following dates and times are planned as the virtual discussion days:

What if I can't make all the planned cohort dates? | While we strongly recommend making every session to ensure you get all the benefit of the accountability cohort, we understand schedules are busy and missing a meeting may happen. A recap of shared resources and discussion summary will be provided by Ava Goepfert, your session coordinator. |
Will the cohort be in-person or virtual? | All meetings will be hosted virtually via Microsoft Teams. Once the cohort has formed and begins meeting, they can decide together if they want to schedule informal, in-person meetings. |
How many people will be in the cohort? | Participation is open to all interested members. If there is significant interest, additional cohorts may be created. |
Can non-MnCMN members join the cohort? | No. The cohort is an exclusive member-only benefit. Non-members must become a MnCMN member to participate. Another condition of cohort acceptance is that the Change Manager Certification has been purchased. Special member pricing is available on this certification as a member benefit as well. |
