What is the purpose of the Agile Change Manager Certificate Cohort? \; | This \;MnCMN \;cohort aims to provide members with accountability partners to complete the course\, opportunities to apply the learning\, and a chance to enhance the value of \;MnCMN \;membership through new connections. \; |
When is the deadline to sign up for participation in the cohort? \; | We request your registration by July 1\, 2026\, to ensure that you can take part in as many of the discussions with the cohort as possible. \; |
Does it cost anything to be in the cohort? \; | No\, \;MnCMN \;members can participate in the cohort free of charge. \; However\, to participate you must have registered and paid for the ACLI Agile Change Manager Certificate program at \;Agile Change Manager Certificate Program | Agile Change Leadership. This can be a past registration\, or one made in time for the cohort start. \; |
What are the dates of the cohort? \; | The following dates and times are planned as the virtual discussion days:

What if I can'\;t make all the planned cohort dates? | While we strongly recommend making every session to ensure you get all the benefit of the accountability cohort\, we understand schedules are busy and missing a meeting may happen. \;A recap of shared resources and discussion summary will be provided by Ava Goepfert\, your session coordinator. |
Will the cohort be in-person or virtual? \; | All meetings will be hosted virtually via Microsoft Teams. Once the cohort has formed and begins meeting\, they can decide together if they want to schedule informal\, in-person meetings. |
How many people will be in the cohort? \; | Participation is open to all interested members. If there is significant interest\, additional cohorts may be created. \; |
Can non-MnCMN \;members join the cohort? \; | No. The cohort is an exclusive member-only benefit. Non-members must become a \;MnCMN \;member to participate. Another condition of cohort acceptance is that the Change Manager Certification has been purchased. Special member pricing is available on this certification as a member benefit as well. \; |
