Some change efforts get managed. Others actually catch fire.
Join Denise La Mere-Anderson for a conversation about what it takes to engage the head, heart, and hands during change. Drawing from more than 25 years in transformation work, Denise will share practical reflections, real-world examples, and lessons learned about what helps change resonate and what causes it to fall flat.
Together, we will explore how a compelling "why" creates alignment, how trust and authenticity strengthen credibility, and how everyday leadership behaviors shape whether change feels imposed or truly embraced. Denise will also highlight the power of co-creation and why involving people in the process is often what turns change from a mandate into shared movement.
If you want your change efforts to move beyond communication plans and into real commitment, ownership, and momentum, this session will give you a practical and human-centered perspective on what makes change stick.
Why attend?
Because successful change requires more than a plan. It requires people to believe in where they are headed, trust how they are being led, and feel connected to the change itself. If you want to move change beyond compliance and into real commitment, ownership, and momentum, this session will offer practical ways to build trust, invite co-creation, and lead change in a way that feels more human, credible, and actionable.
