ACLI Brain Friendly Change Course Cohort (Fall 2025)
ACLI Brain Friendly Change Course Cohort (Fall 2025)
Wednesday, October 1, 2025
Description
Join a cohort of your MnCMN peers while completing your ACLI Brain-Friendly Change course!
The Brain-Friendly Change course from the Agile Change Leadership Institute (ACLI) provides practical tools for applying neuroscience to change management—helping you engage leaders, manage resistance, and make change stick in ways that align with how people really think, feel, and act.
While the certification can be completed online and at your own pace, MnCMN is launching its first member accountability cohort for this program. Together, we’ll learn, discuss, and apply insights in a way that strengthens your skills and your professional network.
Background:
MnCMN began partnering with the Agile Change Leadership Institute in 2023, and many of our members have since completed their Agile Change Manager certificate. They’ve found considerable value in applying the tools and methods directly to their change initiatives—and in learning together through accountability cohorts. Now, we want to expand to host an accountability cohort for one of their other popular courses. The Brain-Friendly Change course uses applied neuroscience to help you design and deliver change with ease. There is huge value in this – online micro lessons, downloadable resources, templates and curated reading.
