The Director of Operations helps keep the organization running by supporting membership administration, event operations, board and committee workflows, communications execution, and key systems such as GrowthZone and Microsoft 365.

This part-time role requires someone who is organized, systems-minded, responsive, and comfortable working independently while partnering closely with board and committee leaders.
