Dr. Kevin Anderson will draw on the change management components of his new book, Organization Design Made Easy. Kevin will be joined by Theresa Weimerskirch and together they will share pro-tips including; creating a business case for change, embedding change in organizations, building change capabilities, and resiliency.
Dr. Kevin Anderson is a leading expert in organizational design and performance, leadership, change management, and cultural initiatives. Kevin has over twenty-five years of experience in designing and delivering high impact, global organizational solutions. Organizations he has worked with include Thomson Reuters, City of Minneapolis and Accelare Consulting where he worked in health care, retail and education. He is currently a senior organizational development consultant at a global agribusiness company. Kevin has a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelors Degree in Speech Communications and Political Science from Macalester College.
Theresa Weimerskirch is an Organizational Development Consultant at Cargill. Over the course of her career, she has developed a unique breadth of experience through leadership roles in finance, distribution, operations, innovation and development, and human resources. She holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Math from Hamline University. Theresa is passionate about helping organizations achieve their goals via organizational development, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.
