Communications are an integral part of change management that goes far beyond creating simple awareness. Change efforts may fail to meet their objectives without an effective communication strategy that integrates throughout the organization. Excellent communication can help reduce resistance, rally a network of change support, and provide the information required for people to change effectively. Join us for this panel discussion on communication strategies and tactics to improve leadership buy-in, team motivation, and organizational culture that help lead to change management success.

Kristina Wright, SCMP - Communications Director at Thrivent

Kristina Wright has spent 20+ years of her career in communications, from journalism and sports writing, to corporate communications at a trade association and senior leadership and a Minnesota credit union. Today, Kristina is a Communications Director at Thrivent, a diversified Fortune 500 financial services organization, where she has worked for the past 3 years. Kristina’s experience encompasses internal and external communications, employee and HR communications, and more in a variety of leadership roles. She is a certified Strategic Communications Management Professional and completed the Prosci change management certification in 2020.

Naomi Rettke - Communications Principal at Prime Therapeutics

Naomi Rettke is an award-winning communications professional with 20+ years' experience in internal and external communications, strategic messaging, project management and writing. Her diverse background includes in-depth cross-team collaboration with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and international work. In her current role as Communications Principal at Prime Therapeutics, she is known as a change communications expert, providing key support on major initiatives, including the company’s corporate merger with Magellan Rx.
