Description

Pre-Registration: If you are interested in attending after we have closed pre-registration, you are very welcome to come to the event and check in at the registration desk. The volunteers will take your name and information, and, provided we have not met the fire code maximum for the room capacity, welcome you to attend the Change Summit. We recommend arriving around 4pm, when the event desk opens, to ensure you’re at the top of the wait list.

Peer Learning Workshop – Designing a change program for a complex transformation

We have heard our members feedback on wanting more opportunity to deep dive into specific topics, including the opportunity to practice key learnings, work through case studies with fellow change practitioners, and learn from peer experiences.   

Peer Learning is a process that involves small groups working on real problems, learning as individuals, and as a change practitioner community. Participants will be asked to think critically and work collaboratively to solve a real, complex problem we face daily as change practitioners.

Come join us for a Peer Learning Workshop on driving a change program for a complex transformation, and most importantly time to interact and learn from peer experiences!

Irina Fursman will be facilitating the workshop.
