Join MnCMN February 18 Change Summit - Keeping Humanity at the Forefront of Change

We have all been witness to the current environment of chaos and extreme change. Shocking and catastrophic change often causes us to react with fear, leading to closed mindedness and resistance, which works against our change initiatives.  

Shannon Rose Farrell-Jackson and David Koll will explore how we get past negative emotions and move toward behaviors that align with our change goals. They will also talk about how to leverage industry tools such as emotional intelligence, transformational leadership and change management to keep humanity at the forefront of this chaotic change we are all going through.

Shannon Rose Farrell-Jackson

Shannon Rose Farrell-Jackson is a Senior Organizational Change Consultant at Digineer with over 15 years of experience in the global med-tech and healthcare industries. Shannon Rose helps companies engage their global employees, leadership and customers through emotionally intelligent change leadership and corporate culture impact. The motto she lives by is “Be the change you want to see in the world,” Mahatma Gandhi.


David Koll

David is a Prosci-certified Change Management and business analyst consultant with five years of experience. His work focuses on strategic initiatives to align processes and technology with measurable human impact in the banking, healthcare and pharmacy benefit management industries.
