We are excited to have Brett Addis addressing our members at July’s summit! Brett will touch on several areas of transformational leadership such as, how to adapt and grow your transformational leader skills through adaptive listening. He will also discuss the shift in change management delivery from rigid to more adaptable change frameworks.


About the Speaker

Brett Addis is the Global Vice President, Head of HR Transformation Advisory with SAP SuccessFactors.

His global organization proactively partners with customers to deliver strategy and transformation engagements, to ensure customers achieve success and desired value through their adoption of Human Experience Management.

During his 20+ year tenure, Brett has worked across many of the HR disciplines as a practitioner and consultant. Before joining SAP in 2014, Brett spent 12 years in Management Consulting, preceded by 10 years in corporate HR holding the executive positions of Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Throughout his HR career, he has had the opportunity to partner with many global organizations to successfully guide them through HR transformation.
